The first official release of Let Your Friend Eating as a Spigot/Paper plugin!

Features

  • Direct Feeding: Implemented the core mechanic allowing players to feed others by Sneaking (Shift) + Right-Clicking with food.
  • Fully Configurable: Added foods.json generation. You can now customize:
    • Hunger & Saturation points.
    • Sound effects & Particles.
    • Potion effects (Buffs/Debuffs).
    • Console commands execution.
  • Smart Fallback System: The plugin automatically detects edible items and assigns default Minecraft values if they aren't in the config. No setup required!
  • Live Feedback: Added Action Bar messages to inform players why feeding failed (e.g., "Target is full", "You must sneak").
  • Commands: Added /lyfe-reload to update configuration without restarting the server.

Compatibility

  • Minecraft Versions: Tested and supported on 1.20.x (1.20 - 1.20.6).
  • Server Software: Compatible with Paper, Spigot, Purpur, and Folia.
