LegendarySpawnEffects allows you to add potion effects in your spawn region for example if you want everyone in the spawn region to have speed effect you can! just enable it in the config

• Download The Plugin
• Place LegendarySpawnEffects .jar in the /plugins/ folder
• Restart The Server
• Edit the config
• Reload the config /lse reload
• Finished!
