LegendaryApplications provides a simple easy way to manage your staff applications for your servers on the web and on the server. Due to every servers applications being different there will be an obstetrical to add your own fields but there is a detailed video below showing you how to add your own fields

Make sure you have a empty database
You should be prompted to setup LegendaryApplications
Go and do that you will setup the database and the first admin account
You are done and ready to make the interface yours
Dont forget to post pictures / links to your interface to show the community how you changed it and made it yours
Editing Files For Your Server
its pretty easy to edit the files to your needs for your server no coding experience is required. Just in case you don't want to mess around with the files the front page sections that need to be edited have been added to the config.php(Rules and directions) if you want they don't even have to be rules and directions you can go into the index.php for the dashboard and change it up nothing is set in stone. The hardest part is adding fields to your applications because you need to edit many files but there is a tutorial below this section with a video that goes into detail on how to add new fields to your applications.
HOW TO ADD YOUR OWN CUSTOM FIELDS
This is a difficult process so here is a video by me that trys to explain it fully for you i know its hard because you have to edit the database and the files it requires

Database rows
apply.php - Implement new fields into the application
view.php - Make fields visible
edit.php - Allow edit of new fields
post_application.php - allow adding of new fields to database
update_application.php - allow editing of new fields to be added to database
