since 1.5.2:

• added support for CraftBukkit 1.2.4-R1.0
• added new feature 'PayToPlay', sure with reward for 1st place ( (players * 100) - PayToPlay-Amount) ;-)
• added new command:

1. '/ls accept / deny' - Accept or deny the pay of the PayToPlay-Amount - requieres 'lavasurvival.play'
2. '/ls setPayToPlay [amount]' - Used to set the PayToPlay Amount after the use of '/ls go [game mode]' - requieres 'lavasurvival.host' - Note: PayToPlay Amount gets reset after the end of the game; only available in the game modes Push, Spleef and Strongest!
3. '/ls kick [player]' - Kicks a player out of the current LS game - requieres 'lavasurvival.creator'

• Improved code a bit

- Removed Reward feature in LS config
