LagFixer (anti lag and anti grief)

Using advanced methods of lag detection, we have created a system that stops lag before you have even noticed that there was any. We even have methods to detect griefers and exploiters. So they won't have a chance at lagging your minecraft server.
methods include but are not limited to, entity optimisation, more efficient chunk rendering, freezing laggy chunks and also fixes for common servercrashers in hacked clients.
