Well this plugin will do it.
There is no config. No way to bypass this but for /me.
Just stick in your server and reload. Now everyone needs to learn to spell.
As I just said before. There is no config or commands or ways to add people to stop it happening to them. This means it is not a plugin you would want to keep in your server long term.
If enough people want this functionality I'll add it.
