## KOKOTO WebChat 5.2.1

5.2.1 is a focused frontend hotfix release for 5.2.0. The configuration schema and Relay Protocol 2.1 behavior are unchanged.

### Fixed
- Fixed an intermittent BlueMap refresh race where the chat could start before its generated addon config was ready, fall back to the site-root `/api`, and keep retrying incorrect API endpoints. BlueMap startup now waits for or recovers `config.js` and then re-bootstraps with the correct API base.
- Notification settings now keep the mention checkbox visibly prefixed with `@` (`@Mention`, `@멘션`, `@メンション`, `@提及`), including when an existing customized language file contains the older label without `@`.
- The custom-emoji horizontal category scrollbar now uses the same theme-aware track/thumb/hover treatment as the vertical settings scrollbar, with the requested 12px horizontal height.
