- Fixed a bug where players were not knocked down when KO'd due to different cave air blocks

- Implementation of a disabled default setting that allows any player to delete an invisible block by clicking on it, these invisible blocks are rare but can still sometimes remain

- Implemented a new disabled default setting, which allows a message to be sent in chat when putting a player into KO mode

- You can now set the damage done to the KO player
