Risk is a Kingdom and Hardcore plugin for Paper. Admins can create kingdoms, set kings, add players, and set spawn points. Kingdoms have colored names in chat and in the tab list. Normal players have 3 lives, kings 5 lives. Those who have no more lives become Spectator and are automatically removed from their kingdom.
