- Added Commands: smite, whack, starve, ignite, launch, suffocate, explode, kill, strip, out, fall
- View Commands in-game with /killbox

- commands are in a /<command> <player> format
- struck player is notified of who struck him/her
- if user enters q after the command, the player notification is turned off
