Kill All The Mobs

A simple plugin to delete all the mobs in the world set in the config.yml by a simple command!

Added kill counter.
Changed the colour of the text returned.
Changed the text a bit.
In the config.yml, only the KillAllExceptions list should be edited, the other lists are for the mobs to be killed by the other commands (/killanimals, /killhostile)
