What's new
Changes in this update:
- New config option to not remove current groups of a player.
- Hopefully catch the rare instance where time can be magically negative.
- Other minor fixes.

- Reasons do not support chat colors at this time
Other
- On the rare occasion, when a player is unjailed, their groups are not returned. Haven't notice this happen on mutli-group users. More than likely is occurring for default group users.
