NOTE: This is the same as the previous version that was called 2.1-R1, however the value for "version" in plugin.yml was incorrect. This is ONLY a fix for that. Please update if possible as it helps with stats

• Added Whitelist/Blacklist to ports /jp whitelist <port> <player1> <player2> etc.
• To remove someone from the whitelist, put a - before their name e.g. "-TruDan", same for blacklist.

• Added a Metrics graph which shows how many ports you have created.
• Made port targets more accurate by saving them as Double rather than a standard Int.
