Second version of jSpawnMob
Rewrote code Added "jSpawnMob.list" permission. Permissions changed to "jSpawnMob.mobtype" and "jSpawnMob.mobtype.multi". Using "/spawnmob" without any parameters will now give a list of all mobs you can spawn provided you have the list permission. Added ability to spawn new mobs up to Minecraft 1.5.2.
