JPanel - Minecraft Webpanel

This is a relatively small update, but it's got a couple enhancements and bugfixes, some of which include:

• better file sorting
• new backend stuff needed for future mobile applications to access the panel

The next update WILL feature basic permissions management, and a much better players page.
