Metadata support
Chat prefixes and suffixes set using meta data. This means that potentially other plugins (such as permission plugins) can define the prefixes and suffixes while jChat just worries about displaying them. No changes are required to your configuration to support this.

- Fix issue where plugin updates where not being announced correctly.
