What's new
- add command parameter "Floor" to drop the block you are standing/running on.
- allow setting trail for other players
- add alwaysOn config value -> enable a specific trail on player join
- FIX bug: hopper are picking up dropped trail items
- Approved 1.19 upwards compatibilty
