ItemTag

Now covers all aspects of tagging players items whilst collecting, swapping, storing items or dropping items! With the new onPlayerQuickMove event, players can no longer abuse Shift + Click to avoid tagging items gained in creative.

Full fixes and updates:

• Fixed debug messages left in from 1.2
• Fixed mass error messages when clicking (was corrupt, now solved)
• Implemented onPlayerQuickMove a.k.a onPlayerMoveToAnotherInventory tagging

• Does not override other lore on items (Now solvable! To come soon...).
• Does not add lore to items placed directly in the inventory such through another plugin or other 3rd party software.
• Blocks can still be placed & broken to remove data (Not fixable, permanent bug!)
