v 2.3.1 - Identity Crisis
- Previous version didn't recognize itself as 2.3. This has been fixed. The plugin now says Version 2.3.1 in the console.

v 2.3 - The "I should have already done this" release
- Changed /xp to /checkxp
- Added two config options to allow for permissions-less operation
- Added configuration option to change the item players must hold when buying from a sign
  - New translation config options to go with this change
