• Added the /itemnerf clear command. Players with the itemnerf.clear permission can use this command to clear all cooldown timers that apply to players.
• Changed the /itemnerf check command to also accept a player name as parameter. Players with the itemnerf.checkplayer permission can use this command like this: /itemnerf check <player name>.
• Added a fix for cooldown timers when players go cross world.
