1.8.3 Update

This update brings some features and bug fixes

New Things

1. 1. Added a bar instead of chat text. I did this so it can look a bit more professional and pretty.
2. 2. I added some sounds
3. 3. Uses new Spigot 1.8.3 Update please check spigot for the Update.
4. 4. Using ActionBarAPI for a dependency.

Fixes

1. 1. Fixed a bug were the plugin would not read the config file
2. 2. Fixed a bug when the plugin would just stop working randomly or would even be enabled.

Future Updates

I plan to not have ActionBarAPI as a dependency by next update
