Item Frame Gui

It adds a gui to item frames so that you don't have to break them every time you want to replace a block

I have no clue why anyone would need this but it adds a GUI to item frames so that you don't have to break them every time you want to replace a block, left click to rotate the item, and right-click to open the GUI, its pretty self-explanatory.
