Individual Signs Plus

VERSION 1.0
This is the official release following the v0.9.0 recode.

Fixed a bug with non-whitelisted signs not updating unless you click them (without ProtocolLib)
Adds an option to change the script directory
Using /isp reload - will now update the config.yml if it is missing fields or if the file is gone
Addon placeholders (e.g. for vault, factions, enjin) are now registered under their respective plugin.
Added new API method: updateAllSigns(Player,Location).
- This updates all the signs in the adjacent chunks for a player

The plugin no longer requires ProtocolLib for any of the features
- ProtocolLib will update signs more efficiently

Unable to locate sign messages appear when you destroy updating signs.
