Completely Re - coded!

• You can change the regeneration block (block showed while regenerating)!
• The regeneration block can only be broken with permission!
• When the regeneration block is broken the ore will not be regenerated.
• Better customize-able messages (now with an "&") :D
• /regenerate will regenerate all the ores.
• When the world gets unloaded / the server stops or reloads, all the ores will be regenerated!
• Plugin should now run more stable ^{Removed the remover item (not needed anymore).}
