• Implemented !mckick, !mcban commands from IRC to ban players on the Minecraft server (thanks leiger)
• Both commands can be enabled/disabled in config

• Fixed an issue where /me was not handled properly, causing any command that began with /me to result in IRC output (thanks leiger)
