Basic whitelist plugin, but insted of using nicknames you use IP adress.
Permission:
ipwl.admin > acces to commands
Commands:
- /ipwl add <ip> = add IP to whitelist.
- /ipwl remove <ip> = remove IP from whitelist.
- /ipwl reload = reload config file
- /ipwl on = turn whitelist on
- /ipwl off = turn whitelist off
