iProtect

- Rewrote the plugin to make it easier for users
- Started on making plugin more configurable, such as the option to display the user who owns the block
- Reverted back to the original iProtect
- Added banned block list and command /protect banned [add/remove] [blockid]
- Added block limit and command /protect [config variable] [value] - Accepted config variables so far: 'displayowner' and 'blocklimit'
- Added OP override
- Added groups
- Several bug fixes
- Tnt and fire will no longer destroy protected blocks
- Group coding tweaked a bit
- Added another config option
- Fixed very large bug
- Updated to latest CB
