• ~ 20 Commits since the last release on 26th September.

Most important fixes/addings:

• Will now allow to remove lines of the custom scoreboard
• Adds optional game_started message
• Adds option whether to auto-add default kit or not
• Adds blood effect for pvp
• Adds other for now unused effects
• API Change: Teleport function returns spawn location for each player now
• Fix water bottles in SmartReset
• Adds MySQL Support for kills
• You can now provide an author for each arena to be displayed at every join with /<cmd> setauthor <arena> <author>
• Adds achievement gui
• Includes full Bungee support for signs, not usable as of yet because the MinigamesLib-Bungee part needs to be finished and released first.
