Enhancements

• Add basic rollbacks for items and blocks. Rollbacks for entities are still in progress.
• Improved database table format for faster and more space efficient lookups.
• When a chest is destroyed, all of the items that drop are logged.

Bug fixes

• Players accessing an Ender Chest should now always be logged.
• Don't log impossible container insertions (for instance, placing a Shulker Box inside a Shulker Box).
