Originally created for Bukkit 1.6.2 in 2013, fully rewritten for Paper 1.21.1.

- Updated to Paper 1.21.1 API (Java 21)
- Anvils auto-reset from CHIPPED_ANVIL/DAMAGED_ANVIL back to ANVIL after every use
- Preserves anvil facing direction on reset
- Persistent tracking across restarts (saves to InfiniteAnvils.data)
- Clean removal — breaking a tracked anvil removes it from tracking
- /iatoggle and /iaview commands with permissions
- 1.21.1 compatible
