UltraBuild is a plugin very useful for building your projects because you have infinite items therefore you just have to activate ultrabuild no additional command to use for give you blocks/items.
You have made an error with blocks of obsidian(it is very long to mine)no problem with instant break but if you instantly break blocks your inventory will be full... no problem there is the function no drops the blocks don't drops any items or blocks.
You are on the edge and you will fall oh no you will die but no with this plugin you are in godmod you can't loose any heart...
You want to enable it on a world but not on an another world you can now with World.txt(multiworld support) !

- Instant Break and the blocks don't give up item/blocks.
