iFill

WARNING: PLEASE READ BEFORE USING

From now on the version number will be removed from the JAR file. Please make sure to remove all existing JAR files for iFill and replace it with the new one.

Also, the permission has been simplified! The .fill at the end has been removed! See the wiki for more details

This also adds a new config file, You can either delete your old one and have the new files generated, or you can add it manually. See wiki for details
