IcyBlockerPlus
Plugin to block items and protect blocks, with WorldGuard support
Plugin for item blocking. Allows to protect specific blocks in WorldGuard regions.
Uses item names instead of item IDs. So, this plugin is mod-friendly.

Commands:
/icy block [ignoremeta / nometa] [allowcraft / craft] - block item usage
/icy unblock [ignoremeta / nometa] - allow item usage
/icy protect [ignoremeta / nometa] -block item usage in WorldGuard regions
/icy unprotect [ignoremeta / nometa] - allow item usage in WorldGuard regions
/icy <blocked / items / list> - print blocked and protected items list
Command parameters, in any order:
[ignoremeta / nometa] - ignore metadata.
[allowcraft / craft] - allow craft and item storage.
All commands except last must be executed by player with item in hand.
After successful command execution config will be saved.
Permissions:
icyblocker.add - /icy block; /icy protect
icyblocker.remove - /icy unblock; /icy unprotect
icyblocker.ignore - ignore restrictions
