Changelog:

• Fixed bug which prevented console from executing commands

• Only compatible with UUIDs, please see older versions for player name support (any version < 2.0.0 doesn't have UUID support)
• Build with 1.9.4, but should work with any 1.8+ build.

• Code may not be the most efficient this time, but I'll try and see if I can make some improvements

• I tried to add Metrics support to the plugin, but due to an other plugin already being registered with the same name on mcstats.org I'll have to wait until the friendly folks at the Metrics IRC help me (which seems to be taking longer than expected).
