Hi! I am beginner in java programming and this is my first plugin to my server for an event.

With this plugin you can create a skate-ring. A player will move faster (or slower) on a custom block when he/she wearing custom block on legs. Fully configurable.

Commands:

• /is reload

Permissions:

• iceskate.skate | description: Allow skate on ice
