Allows you to configure loot items, which will randomly spawn in selected chests on the server.
What's new
New: Added a new command, "/loot". Allows you to view all the details of one of the items in "loot.txt", and also allows you to give yourself one of those items.
Other: Improved the default configuration file "loot.txt". More work will be done with this file later.
Bug Fix: Corrected a missing line in the code.
