V2.0

+ Added a sound when the player jetpacks. + Added a config (Give me feedback and tell me what I should add) + Changed permissions, now there is a permission for every command. + Allowed the plugin to be reloaded with the bukkit reload command. + Added an arguement for /changelog, do /changelog <version> to see + Replaced left clicking the air to jetpack with right clicking a block or the air. - Completely removed the console's capability to do /hubjp (Will work on it however.)

V2.0 - Commands do not work in console.
