/Hub Command Plugin

HubPlugin v1.2 introduces several enhancements to improve hub management. This update includes the following new features and improvements:

• /hub list - Displays all saved hub locations along with their coordinates.
• /hub set <name> <x> <y> <z> - Now fully functional, allowing players to create hub locations with precise coordinates.
• Improved Teleport Positioning - The plugin now adjusts teleport coordinates (x + 0.5, z + 0.5) to ensure players land at the center of blocks.
• Config Auto-Saving - Changes to hub locations are now correctly saved to the config file.
• Enhanced Error Handling - Clearer messages when a hub is not found or if an incorrect command format is used.

This update makes hub management more efficient and user-friendly.
