Instead of money disappearing, house builders can now earn money by selling and renting their houses to other players. Enable this by setting "house-builder-profit" to true in the config. OP's and those with "houses.admin" permission will not become builders, so they can set up houses just like before while letting the regular players sell their houses for them selves. A house with an earning builder can not have both buy and sell signs as it could easily be abused and doesn't make sense. Instead, a new sign, the leave sign, let's the player abandon the house. It replaces the info sign, looking almost identical to it. To make one, type [leave house] at the top. On the second line, the class. On the third line, the number.
