You might have to change your permissions as they changed quite a lot.

I highly recommend to register all the signs with "/house sign register <radius>", because of an old bug causing signs to be unregistered when left-clicked. Unregistered signs will cause info, home, tp and class increment commands to not work properly

Putting up rent signs without any 'helper' sign will throw a little error in the console, ignore that.
