HouseGuard
This plugin is the successor of SpotProtection. This plugin brings new features and bug fixes, and also new commands. Integrated with Vault, WorldGuard, and WorldEdit.

Features

Commands

| /house buy | [regionName] [player] | Buy a region of another Player. |
| /house sell | [regionName] [price]/cancel | Sell a region. |
| /house expand | [regionName] [size] | Expand one region. |
| /house del | [regionName] | Remove one region. |
| /house addfriend | [regionName] [player] | Add a member to your region. |
| /house delfriend | [regionName] [player] | Remove a member of the region. |
| /house rename | [regionName] [newRegionName] | Rename your region. |
| /house pvp | [regionName] ON/OFF | Add or remove PvP of the region. |
| /house msg | [regionName] [message] | Add 'Welcome Message' in your region. |
| /house list | sale* | See your regions or selling regions. |
| /house info | See the information of the region where you are. | |
| /house prices | Show the prices of build and expand commands per block. | |
| /house tp | [regionName] | Teleport to your region. |

Admin Commands

| /house sync | Synchronize database of plugin with database of worldguard. |
Don't need to use sync all the time. Plugin already does this for you at server startup.
