Features:
Residential room access management
- Who can access room
- Timeframe that they are allowed to access it (in case of scheduled check-out time)
- If residents or everyone can access it and when
- Automated check-in and check-out via signs
- Hotel-wide room rates
- Room specific rates (overrides hotel-wide rate)
- Room group rates
- Assign certain rooms to a room group
- Assign certain groups a rate
- Allows for simpler room rate assigning
- Example: Top Floor, Luxury Suite, Basic Room
- Where every room in the Top Floor group is $40/night, every room in Luxury Suite group is $30/night, and every room in Basic Room group is $20/night
