+ The fall distance is now reset for horses (or pigs) when teleporting.
+ Horses (or pigs) will now teleport with you if you're in mid air. Useful if you ride off a cliff.
+ Added some support for water type portals made with the CreativeGates plugin.
+ Skipped version 1.4.6
+ Skipped version 1.4.7 on Bukkit only, I released it on Spigot and there were bugs, so you guys get a "no BS" and hopefully bug free version.

Good news, this is not a Beta version, so no more annoying message when the plugin starts. I am sorry for all the bugs that have happened in previous versions. With 1.4.7 especially (You'll understand what I mean if you've recently looked at the Spigot page for HorseTpWithMe).
