Pig Teleportation

I have added an option in the config to enable Pig Teleportation. With this addition comes a new PigTeleportEvent, a new {ANIMAL} variable to use in the Blacklisted-World-Message that either returns Pig or Horse depending on what was teleported and the HTWMEconomy extension now supports Pigs.

Command To Reload The Config

If you're sick and tired of reloading or restarting the server to update changes you have made in the config, well then good news, you can now use /htpreload to reload the config.

Option To Require Saddles

In the config, you can now make saddles a requirement for horses to teleport. This has always been set to false by default, and still is, although now you have the option to change it.
