• Fixed some bugs that I missed on release and added a new feature.

• Implemented Egg system.
• You can configure what item is required in a players inventory for them to successfully capture a horse.
• You can configure the chance for a horse capture to be successful. (Default 100%)
• Drops an egg that stores the stats of the horse inside.
• Added permissions per command to add more controllability.
