What's new
- Added multiple HorseHome support.
- Added "/horsehome list" to list HorseHomes.
- Added "/delhorsehome" to delete set HorseHomes.
- Changed format for config files.
- If the horse itself is mounted on something it won't teleport anywhere.
- Teleporting horses into walls is possible.
- Cross world teleports still disabled.
