Adds Holographic Grave Stones with Time of Death and cause of death when A player Dies.

Added the option to disable "killer" Stats, allowing for server that players will die to none players can use the graves without them braking Default off To turn on just set the following like to true
Graves: Known-Player: Killer: false
none but if you find any please let me know
