First version.

Only some events that change blocks hooked up. Fun to test out on creative, but certainly not suitable for survival mode yet:

Problems that occur near world borders:

• Inventory blocks will not share their inventories across world borders.
• Mobs are strange across world types.
• Balance isn't thoroughly worked out.
