Summary

The High-Orbit Ion Cannon Project (HOIC for short) is a Bukkit plugin that grants any person with sufficient permissions the ability to rain down a beam of destruction that tunnels from the core of the planet outwards. Once the fire command has been given, a laser beam appears on the location you wish to destroy and moments later, all hell breaks loose as a giant explosion tears through the earth.
