- Made it so if you have PerPlayerToggle disabled, the AllowToEnable node won't work either.
- Added death stream handling.
- New permission 'hidestream.hidedeath'.
- Added 'NeedsToBeOnline' to each stream category.
- This node represents the amount of players that needs to be online in order to proceeed hiding the specific stream type
- Fixed a typo in the output when toggling stream.
